Plagiarism/ethics statement

The Global Journal of Food and Agribusiness Management, published by International Scholars Journals (ISJ), upholds stringent ethical standards to ensure the integrity of its publications. As a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the journal adheres to COPE's Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines.

Plagiarism Policy:

  • Definition: Plagiarism involves using someone else's ideas, data, or text without proper acknowledgment, presenting them as one's own. This includes copying sentences, paragraphs, or data from other sources without appropriate citation.

  • Consequences: Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism are subject to immediate rejection. Additionally, all other manuscripts submitted by the authors to any journal published by ISJ will be rejected. Authors found guilty of plagiarism may face a minimum two-year prohibition from submitting new manuscripts to any ISJ journal and may be barred from serving on the editorial board.

Ethical Standards:

  • Originality: Authors must ensure that their work is original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is considered unethical.

  • Data Integrity: Authors are expected to present accurate data and results, avoiding fabrication or falsification.

  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors should disclose any financial or personal conflicts that could influence their work.

By adhering to these ethical guidelines, the Global Journal of Food and Agribusiness Management ensures the credibility and reliability of the research it publishes.
