enhance competitive advantage are given by the study. In this study, 450 copies of questionnaires in total were
distributed to top managers, senior staff and expatriates of international enterprises in Gaoxiong Qianzhen
Processing Zone. As such, 222 copies of valid samples were recovered and the valid recovery rate was 49.3%. SPSS
