Appraisal of the use of law courts in the administration of justice: A case study of Delta State Secondary Schools, Nigeria

The study examined the use of law courts in the administration of secondary schools in Delta State, Nigeria.
An instrument was constructed to collect data in the study. The subjects of the study were 250 teachers
randomly selected from schools, comprising 125 males and 125 females. The one-way analysis of variance
(ANOVA) was used to analyse the data collected, and in testing the two null hypotheses at the 0.05 level of
significance. The results of the analyses revealed that teachers, irrespective of age and experience were
against the use of law courts in the administration of justice in secondary schools in Nigeria.
